Rolling hills are a combination of flat roads, sprints and climbs. These require different kind and levels of energy at both ends of the spectrum. After a grueling spring, you are asked to increase our output even more but running on a hill. If you are looking to go past even you highest limits - these classes are for you.

Sundays are often a little more challenging than others class days. Rolling hills mean that the terrain transitions from flat road runs or sprints into hills that can vary in incline. Going from one energy level to another is the ultimate in cardio training.

Fast climbs require a higher level of energy, tenacity and grit. Your cardio will certainly be challenged with this 55 minute class. We finish on a very steep hill and run it in the final few minutes. You will love it!

If you want to just to ride as hard as possible for a full 60 minutes - this is it. You will be challenged from the get-do. You will be inspired run fast, climb hard, focus the breath and so much more. Just do it!

This is an advanced endurance and cadence ride. We gradually bring the heart up then go straight into flat roads, sprints and break-aways. This is a different level of energy and requires stamina.

Intermediate to Advanced. Start with the classics and increase your heart. Pump it up!

Rolling Hills mean that you will experience a variation of flat roads and spring to shallow to steep hills - interlaced so some level of body is created. This mix is needed so you do not get to particular energy levels.

Intermediate to Advanced. Medium to high resistance. The finish is a sprint on a hill. Not for the faint-of-heart.

Intermediate to Advanced. A different class design. After a 7 minute warm-up - flat-roads for 12 minutes, 12-14 mins pf fast climbs, 12 mins of runs to sprints, finishing off with tough climbs.

Advanced. Interval rides are steady cadences with short sharp bursts of high energy for 30-45 seconds.

Advanced. High intensity to Latin beats and a whole lot more.

Intermediate. A 30-minute medium to high resistance spinning class. Feel the burn as the road incline increases by pumping up the resistance. We spin on the beat with Steven's creative cueing.
