ABOUT THE YOGA CLASSES
Fusing modern Asthanga with ancient Yin to shape mind, body, and spirit to create a more resilent self.

Classes run about 75 minutes and vary between challenging strength and stretch asanas. My goal is to help each person improve their practice and also learning more about the history of Yoga.

We practice as much indoor as outdoor, depending on the weather.
